Who We Are
What We Do
FELLOWSHIP
You'll find an excellent opportunity to fellowship with other believers, ask for prayer, learn from God's Word, and be encouraged.
FRIENDS
The more we gather together, the closer we draw to each other. We invite others into our lives, and we emerge as friends.
FAMILY
We consider our church congregation as a family! We share in each other's joys and sorrows as we continue to worship and serve our Savior.

An Abbreviated History of
Our Church
Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church was established on February 8, 1886, with less than 25 people. A small room in a brush arbor on a small tract of land was transferred to the trustees. Although no one knew then that February would become Black History month, it is appropriate and fitting that we can now observe our church anniversary as we look at our church history.
